Georgetown Stormwater Manual & Ordinance

The Stormwater Ordinance for Georgetown came into effect in April 2015. The ordinance deals with post-construction maintenance of stormwater features within the City of Georgetown and differs from the Storm Water Ordinance for Scott County. Floodplain Maps

Official as of December 2017

On December 21st, 2017 FEMA's official Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) became effective in Scott County, Georgetown, Stamping Ground, and Sadieville. It is possible that your property's status in the flood zone changed as a result of this new mapping. Check out our Floodplain Information page to find out more!
